Shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no codes.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking the moment it ships.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location. You can follow your parcel any time on our Order Tracking page.

Delays

Occasionally carriers run behind — weather, peak season, customs. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email us at hello@minimls.com and we'll chase it down for you.

Wrong address?

If you spot an address mistake after ordering, email us immediately. We can correct it any time before dispatch; after dispatch we'll work with the carrier where possible.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us within 14 days — we'll investigate with the carrier and make sure you're not left out of pocket.
