This policy explains what personal information MINIMLS collects and what we do with it. In this policy, "we" means MINIMLS, which runs minimls.com. It applies when you visit our site, buy from us or email us.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses
- Order details: what you bought, what you returned and how you paid. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We don't keep your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us when you email us
- Device and usage details: your IP address, browser, the pages you visit and what you put in your cart. We collect these with cookies and similar tools.
- What you enter in our Household Planner, such as how many people and cars you have
How we use it
- To fill and ship your orders and handle refunds
- To answer your questions
- To send order emails, and marketing emails if you signed up for them
- To run and improve our site and prevent fraud
- To show ads for our products, including on other websites
- To follow the law
Who we share it with
We share what's needed with companies that help us run the store. These include our store platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers, email tools, and analytics and advertising platforms. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if our business is sold or merged.
We don't sell your email address or your information for money. Some state laws treat certain advertising cookies as a "sale" or "sharing" of data. You can opt out using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
Your choices and rights
- Marketing email: click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email us.
- Cookies: you can block them in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well.
- Your data: depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To ask, email hello@minimls.com. We won't treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, keep our records and follow the law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
