Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every MINIMLS order. No minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays; orders placed on weekends are dispatched the next business day. During launches and periods of high demand, processing can occasionally take up to 2–3 business days.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within the United States usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. We fulfill orders through a network of fulfillment partners; origin and routing vary by product and destination.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. You can also follow your parcel any time via our Order Tracking page.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change a size, correct an address, or cancel? Email hello@minimls.com as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations can only be accommodated before your order is dispatched — once it has entered fulfillment we can no longer modify it, and any issue is then handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Delays at customs are outside our control and are not included in the delivery estimates above.
