Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, completely free. Email hello@minimls.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Why only 1 hour?

We dispatch within 1 business day, so orders enter our fulfillment queue almost immediately. Once an order is scheduled for picking, it can no longer be pulled back.

Missed the window?

You're still covered. If it's a sizing worry, the 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee gets you the right size free. For anything else, email us when the order arrives and we'll find the best option under our Return Policy.

Address changes

Address corrections aren't cancellations — we can fix an address any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as you spot the mistake.
