90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee
If the size you ordered isn't quite right, we'll send you a replacement size free of charge — and you keep the original. That's the whole guarantee. No return label, no post office, no "store credit."
How it works
- You have 90 days from delivery to request a free size replacement.
- Email hello@minimls.com with your order number and the size you'd prefer.
- We ship the new size free. Keep the original — gift it, sleep in it, wear it around the house.
The guarantee applies once per order and exists for one reason: sizing bodywear from a screen is hard, and the risk of getting it wrong should be ours, not yours.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@minimls.com with a photo and your order number — we'll sort it out promptly with a free replacement or a refund.
Not covered
The guarantee covers fit. It doesn't cover items damaged through misuse or improper care, or sale/clearance items marked final. If you're not sure whether your case qualifies, email us — every situation gets a personal answer.
